What is a pre-IPO?

A pre-IPO (Initial Public Offering) refers to a stage where a private company offers shares to investors before officially going public. This stage allows companies to raise capital and build investor confidence ahead of their IPO.

Why invest in a pre- IPO?

Portfolio Diversification:

Listed and unlisted shares complement each other. Investing in unlisted shares can help diversify the portfolio as well as the risk involved.

Proliferating Profits:

Shares are often priced lower before a company goes public. If the company’s stock performs well after the IPO, early investors can see substantial gains as their shares may increase in value.

Peace Of Mind:

Investing in unlisted shares can be less stressful as compared to listed shares as prices are not tracked daily so there is no need to think about short-term price fluctuations
